REFUND POLICY
At AMK STORE, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition THAT you received it, and in its ORIGINAL packaging.
Refund requests must be MADE within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
CONTACT US: Email our customer service team at SHOW EMAIL to initiate a refund request.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION: We will provide you with a RETURN authorization number and instructions on how to RETURN the item.
PACK AND SHIP:Safely pack the ITEM, including the return authorization SLIP, and ship it to the address provided in the RETURN instructions.
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned ITEM, we will notify you of the STATUS of your refund.
If the return is APPROVED, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original METHOD of payment within 3-7 business days.

Sale items (only regular priced ITEM may be refunded)
5. EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE or color, please contact us at SHOW EMAIL for further assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for paying the SHIPPING costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item SENT, defective product).
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, FIRST check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit CARD company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your BANK. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Any digital products, such as "IMAGINE" ULTIMATE PHONK KIT, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Each digital PRODUCT has its own specific REFUND POLICY, which you can find on the respective product PAGES.
